Use the magnetic lasso tool to cut out the dog. Fix your edges using the mask (and eraser). Drag the dog onto the forest background.

Crop & Clone Stamp
Objective:
Use the crop tool to crop and rotate the horse without taking away background space. Correct the empty pieces with the clone stamp tool.
Try this:
Use the crop tool to fix the horizon line (branch) in the squirrel image. Use the clone stamp tool to fill in or fix any "extra space."
